HELLLLPPP!!

Ok everyone. I need some help.

I had ZERO cravings during pregnancy -- in fact the thought of sweets kind of grossed me out. I exercised several times a week ... did P90x up until two weeks before I had little b.

BUT NOW, now I can't stop eating and can't seem to get my large behind to the gym.

PLEASE give me some ideas ... healthy recipes, ways to curve a HUGE appetite and awful cravings, workout ideas. ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. same thing happened with my sister in law and cousins, breast feeding causes it. just start small and your desire will come back!!

  3. are you nursing?? i was the same way. no appetite while pregnant, then couldn't stop eating while nursing! do you not remember me telling you about being a BOTTOMLESS PIT!? it's cool now. it WILL get better. clean lots :) and good luck.

  4. I love going to the public library and checking out work out videos- that way I can get a variety and find ones I like that I will eventually buy for myself! That way I can work out while James is sleeping or he is now at the stage where he thinks I am dancing and dances with me!

  6. i did the 30 day shred program a couple of times last year. i liked it because it was a quick workout, but it also got my heart rate up. it was like $10 at walmart. i did p90x too! i loved it...well love/hate, but the whole program was pretty time consuming so i dont know if i want to do that again just yet, you? i really want to get insanity though!

    like the others have said; if you're nursing, you should be hungry a lot...i know i am! i like making my own trail mix with almonds, cashews, cranberries and chocolate chips. high in calorie and easy to grab. plus gives me my chocolate fix :)
    also, bread with almond butter; celery and pb; apple and string cheese are some of my favorites for quick snacks. i love greek yogurt- high in protein and super thick and creamy. i try to drink a lot of water throughout the day, too.

    i like subbing pasta for spaghetti squash (not for jackson, though;). it's really good and can go with or without sauce.

    i'm sure you're overexaggerating, though! i know you look awesome from the pictures you post of your hott self!!!
